Refund policy

Online Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@k-winlondon.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

H03H, Ashton Road, Harold Hill, Romford, Essex, RM3 8NF. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you can return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Thank you for shopping at K-Win London! We want to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please follow the guidelines below:

1. Notification and approval:

We will email you to notify you once we have received and inspected your return and to confirm whether the exchange is approved.

2. Exchange Process:

You will receive an email notification once your exchange is approved. You can then choose another outfit from our equal- or lesser-value collection.

3. Original Payment Method:

We do not offer refunds. Instead, the value of the exchanged item(s) will be applied as a store credit or towards your new purchase.

4. Additional Charges:

Any price difference between the exchanged items will be charged or credited accordingly.

5. Shipping:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item(s) and shipping the exchanged item(s).

6. Timeframe:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 21 business days of receiving your order. Once approved, the exchange process will be completed within 10 business days. Then, you will have 30 days to reorder the item.
