REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Strict Return Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in exactly the condition they were received:

  • Unworn and unused
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from any odours, marks, stains or damage
  • Not altered in any way

We will not accept returns where items show any signs of wear, damage, or have been returned without tags. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your cost and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Free Returns — We Cover Return Shipping We will provide a free return shipping label if:

  • Your item arrived faulty or damaged
  • Your item is not as described
  • We sent the wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at info@k-winlondon.com.

Your Legal Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, contact us at info@k-winlondon.com.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations
  • Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns
  • Items must be returned in the original condition stated above

Change of Mind Returns If you wish to return an item for personal reasons — such as changing your mind, deciding the item is not for you, or no longer liking it — we offer an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibilityfor change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or cancelled once confirmed:

  • Bespoke and made-to-order items (including all tailored suits)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges Return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, issued to your original payment method. Allow up to 14 business days for your bank to credit the amount.
